Note that neither the French or German translations have been marked as
"release blockers" in Pootle:

If there is anything new to be imported from Pootle, use the "Flags" to
request that they are release blockers. Maybe Juergen, using common
sense, already imported them for today's snapshot, but I'm not sure at
all: if you don't mark them as release blockers changes won't be
available in 4.0.1.
