Actually we already build Swedish, see
http://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/#winsnap
(the "sv" build). So, when Juergen finds time to integrate the
translation (from Pootle to the source code), within one week you will
find a Swedish version there that matches what is in Pootle.
This means that Johnny or other volunteers will then be able to test and
review the translation.
