I do have found the Uploadlink at top right (Actions, Translate offline, 
download upload).

I tried again but now with the original file name, and it worked perfectly. 
Apparently, I had no permission to change filename (which is good), but i did 
have permission to upload the file.

I had changed the filename locally in order to know its origin. I did not think 
that the name of the upload had any relevance.

Hi Vicinity,

I think that yours Pootle account has permissions to upload files,
(on right side in Pootle - Actions - Edit button). If not send me that  
file directly to
my mail address a I ll upload it for you.
