Welcome, it's great to see so many new volunteers for Turkish! I'm giving you the same answers I gave yesterday to other volunteers.
I'm happy to inform you that, mainly thanks to Burak Yavuz (in CC), OpenOffice 4.0.1 will be released in Turkish around the end of September.
But your help is still welcome for translating the online guide and the Turkish website.
