It is still announcing the graduation of the project and linking to AOO 3.4.1 downloads. I'm seeing 600+ users/day visiting that page and then downloading AOO 3.4.1 rather than 4.0.1. If someone can give me a new announcement string in traditional Chinese I can add it to the page, something like "Apache OpenOffice 4.0.1 now available in Traditional Chinese!"
