Welcome Leandro B, I wonder if the translations would be on documentation, applications, etc. Depending on your decision is where you should go to. Systems like Pootle's are dedicated for the interface, while documentation is organized internally.
Is a good idea to remain to the international lists whenever is doc@ or l10n@ mailing lists.
