Kazakh has not been imported to Pootle yet. I created an issue to import
it (this is usually done by Juergen and will take a few days; please
ping us again if we keep you waiting too long). You can follow status at
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123696
and if you post a comment there (you will need to register for Bugzilla,
same page) you will get e-mail notification about the updates.
In the meantime, you can play with the experimental project at
https://translate.apache.org/kk/ ; your work there will be lost, since
that project is a test project for the time being; but you can use it to
check that everything works while we make the PO files available.
As Juergen already wrote, you can reuse your own work from other
projects with no license problems.
