Pootle files: what encoding to use?

Hi,
I'm using this orthographic conversion tool 
<https://www.dropbox.com/s/e63n2o9arj0uso3/OrtoConvTool.png> to 
implement the new ortographic agreement. It offers four different 
encoding possibilities. Which is the one to use?
