Access rights are the same, and as Juergen wrote the project is the same
too. But Pootle has problems at the moment. See
http://status.apache.org/
and please retry in a couple hours, when hopefully the server is no
longer listed in red. If you still have problems, write again.
I get a 500 (Internal server error) with the first link too.
