As I can remember, some time ago the site was translated. Are there
some changes with website localization process or my memory fails me?
I think this may be a side effect of a change Marcus had to do on a lot
of N-L sites since they were still offering outdated versions:

Probably the intention was not to overwrite your existing translation,
but the change affected a lot of languages and it was difficult to check
each one.
Can anyone please send the zipped content of Russian part of the website?

If you now download index.html and supply a translated version of it, we
can commit it back and remove the "We need your help" note.
