How can I restart it?

Welcome Adriano, I'll tell you a bit more about the history of Friulian and OpenOffice (for those who don't know, Friuli is a region of Italy, and most of the speakers are Italian citizens).

We had two phases, both dating quite a few years back. The first one was managed by Tecnoteca, a local company (possibly sponsored by local institutions), circa 2006-2008, but I'm not sure about details; the second one was an attempt by an individual volunteer in Summer 2010.

The combined effort (mostly the first one) resulted in

That file is not usable as it is; I have no idea if that is complete; we can build a version for you if you'd like to take a look, but please tell us what systems you have available - Windows, Mac, Linux- and what version.

This is what you could help with:
1) Complete the above translation. It is for sure outdated, but maybe there is some work that we can import. 2) Help with the website, by putting online a new version instead of the placeholder page we have now. If would look like http://www.openoffice.org/hu/ (i.e., a translated version of the main pages of the English site).

Starting with the website is probably faster, but make your choice. See http://openoffice.apache.org/website-native.html and https://openoffice.apache.org/translate.html for more and just let us know.

Missing a dedicated list, we can perfectly discuss the issues in Italian if you wish: the right mailing list would be progetto-it, http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/openoffice-progetto-it/

Regards,
  Andrea.
