I just started translating the Help files for LT. It will be a long road
to tread.
My first generic impression is that the English text itself needs
systematic editing to make it a bit more polished and manual-like: too
many unnecessary variations in syntax and wording.
Let's hope a native English speaker will volunteer for this.

I have a long list of localization fixes in queue... In this case I
would say this is OK, since we refer to "Insert Section" even if we
are only using the word "Section". Anyway, this has no major impact.
