I noticed some slight cosmetic changes in appearance and ordering of
items on some pages.

and

to see whether you want to mirror those changes on the PT subsite.

No. This is just for teams who were waiting for xx templates to be
made available to them so that they could start working. Your
translation https://www.openoffice.org/pt is already finished and
online and it doesn't need to be updated or changed. The changes do
not affect content (except some minimal fixes).
