Just to let you know, earlier on today I was able to log in to Pootle
with no problems.
Regarding the missing language strings: should I file a bugzilla issue?

I was not able to find the respective strings in the Lithuanian
language files. They are probably missing altogether and are
automatically substituted by the English defaults in the UI.
Can someone confirm this?
