Without the need for everybody to try, can we get 1-2 other people to
confirm that access to https://translate.apache.org/ is not working for
them? We will escalate to Infra in that case.
While at it, I plan to ask for more direct access to Pootle, since we
have tasks that have been pending for months and it is time to restart
localization work.
