A language pack for Windows is available at the same address.
Personally, I don't think it's the best idea. Based on the code, each
language pack would need a GUID but our team has none. I suppose when
the basic infrastructure has been merged to the main repos, we'll be
assigned one. But until then, installing the Vietnamese language pack
isn't wise.
