I built OOo 1.9.m91 under Windows in cygwin and 4nt environments with
Vietnamese language. And I was successful.
Vietnamese UI in OpenOffice.org applications is OK.
BUT Vietnamese UI during SETUP OOo was broken.
To display Vietnamese UI during SETUP OOo, I used UTF-8 character set and
translated to Vietnamese in project "instsetoo_native".
Please tell me how to solve this problem.
