It's very short time period for the new language teams, who wants to ship their language language for latest Openoffice.org! One more thing I noticed from the schedule is, there is no "String Freeze" mentioned anywhere on the schedule! To me, String freeze is the date, till when developers are supposed to make changes to the english messages that are localizable. This is the terminology followed in almost all other open source projects like Gnome, KDE, Fedora, etc. I am not sure whether "String freeze" here means "Code Freeze". Can someone please clarify this one? One more doubt I had was, can the translators or language maintainers submit their translations till "last l10n bug fixes delivery: February 26th, 2009"? OR is the date "translation delivery deadline: February 2nd, 2009" fixed till when translators can submit translations? Thanks!
