Hiện trạng. 1. OOo vi đang dùng guillemets '«' ,'»' . 2. Tiếng Việt không dùng guillemets. NVH đề xuất. 1. Thay thế tự động tất cả các guillements bằng DOUBLE QUOTATIONS. Risk: Trong tiếng Việt, single quotation và double quotation là phân biệt, do đó khi thế như vậy, chúng ta gặp một số bất cập. Theo cá nhân em thì mix giứa single quotation và double quotation là chấp nhận được nên chúng ta cứ tiến hành làm như đề xuất 1 ở trên.
