Added OpenFlow Plugin and L2 switch mailing lists.

The status is:

6575: OPENFLOWPLUGIN: L2 switch is investigating. In the OFPlugin meeting
the thought was it should be reduced to a critical - Luis was thinking it
was not affecting the functionality

6917: OPENFLOWPLUGIN: Miroslav has a patch for this; Luis felt that the
patch was in the right direction - but about remaining issues not sure if
there is a problem with the patch or something else.
