Committee regrets to announce that he film showing scheduled for Sunday
January 30, is cancelled. The monthly film series will resume in
February, with the showing of Divine Intervention, with a discussion led
by Shady Hakim.

The Palestinian Film Series, produced by The Los Angeles Palestine Labor
Solidarity Committee and !Caf� Intifada! in conjunction with the
Palestine General Federation of Trade Unions, is a monthly film series
featuring a different Palestinian film each month, along with speakers,
artist, musicians, and poets. The Purpose of the film series is to
raise awareness of the culture, social conditions and political climate
in Palestine in general and facing Palestinian labor in particular,
while simultaneously raising funds for the Palestinian General
Federation of Trade Unions toward the production of a documentary film
on Palestinian labor issues.
