Conservation of fossil fuel sourced energy is an absolute good, of
course. For that matter, conservation of any energy, regardless of source,
is an absolute good.
But, as a practical matter, almost everyone reading this will have to
do at least some driving as a matter of necessity and will continue to do
so. So, when we do fill up, it makes sense to go to Citco. That way we know
that some of the money we have to spend for gas will go to a government
which will put pat of it to use helping common people.
