Peace Plan to Leaflet Conservatives . If you're eager to help end the neocon grip on power, one plan is to leaflet prowar voters in key areas to explain that neocon war- mongering is unChristian and unconstitutional. Most prowar and neutral voters are Christian, so demonstrating that the bible opposes authoritarian government will help persuade many that they too should oppose authoritarian and unconstitutional practices, such as unjust war and imperialism. A group of progressive and libertarian writers is now publishing a book along these lines and a second one will likely be published in another month or so. . The articles for these books are available for antiwar people to download for free from the Files section at www.yahoogroups.com/group/MiracleBible. [Don't forget to go to Files]. Leaflets can then be made from whichever articles seem most persuasive and can be distributed to conservative and moderate voters in areas where republicans won last time by small margins of votes. . If residents are home, activists can give leaflets to them with a comment that the leaflet articles are samples from a new book, called THE WORLD NEEDS MIRACLES. If no one is home, they can simply be left in the door or by the mailbox. All profits from the books will go to peace groups. The books will also be available for download for $6 from www.iUniverse.com. And I may be selling them myself at cost at about $5 each plus shipping. . Antiwar people may like to give the book/s as gifts to conservative and moderate voter-acquaintances.
