The Bolivarian Circle of Los Angeles “Ezequiel Zamora” (BCLAEZ) announces a trip to the World Social Forum in Caracas (WSF) from January 22 to January 29. People who would like to join the BCLAEZ Delegation must confirm their participation before January 10th. Registration is very important to be able to participate in the Forum and the (BCLAEZ) to minimize the costs is organizing a delegation with a minimum of five participants which would include a registration fee of $ 120 for the five participants. However: if an extra delegate wants to join the BCLAEZ delegation, the cost would be a $30 extra per individual. The good news is that the BCLAEZ is able to find if not free accommodation with Venezuelan families at least some of these families would offer a solidarity room for a minimum of $12 to $16 daily, but again, we must have your confirmation ASAP. Once we have the confirmation of the number of people to join the delegation, then we must send the names to the WSF and they would proceed to acknowledge us the registration total cost that we must deposit in a bank either in Venezuela or in the USA which they would assign . Now, the other good news is that if we make a group of at least 10 people the flying ticket would cost the delegation between $500 to $ 600 round trip per person. Once we have the number of people confirmed to go to the WS, then we must meet if possible this coming Saturday, January 7th. at a location which would be announced previously. The sooner we have the name of the people to join the delegation the easier to find free or affordable accommodation and affordable flying tickets. Suggestion and Proposals are welcome.
