They were arrested on May 25, 2005 at a demonstration against the Minuteman Project founder, Jim Gilchrist. The State recently dropped all but one misdemeanor charge against Hugo, but Kurt is still facing numerous trumped up charges, including felony assault with a deadly weapon (a soda can) on a police officer. Both Kurt and Hugo have large legal bills and need our help.
