THE DURFEE FOUNDATION ARC: ARTISTS' RESOURCE for COMPLETION Grant Third Quarter Postmark Deadline is Tuesday, August 1, 2006. ARC grants provide rapid, short-term assistance of up to $3,500 to individual artists who live in Los Angeles County. Funds must be used to enhance work that is near completion and scheduled for presentation within six months of the grant application deadline. Artists in any discipline may apply. Applicants must have a secure invitation from an established organization to present their work. There are four grant cycles per year. Please note that the materials have been changed from previous cycles. The maximum grant award has increased to $3,500. There are also slight modifications to the guidelines.
