A new study has shown that more than 600,000 Iraqi civilians have died as a result of the U.S. occupation. Nearly 3,000 U.S. soldiers also have died. This illegal war is costing $12 million every hour while social programs at home are being gutted to pay for militarism and destruction. Join together on Saturday, Oct. 28 to channel our opposition into organized action. On Oct. 28, people from all over Los Angeles and Southern California will gather at the corner of Hollywood and Vine for a march and rally to stop the war on Iraq. The day will begin with a spirited march through the busy streets of Hollywood followed by an exciting public rally in front of pro-war media outlet, CNN.
