Of course it's the corporations than fund and bribe our elected officials now so they don't want it to change. 90 NO. A sneaky way to hurt the environment and give large land owners more rights, in the guise of reforming eminent domain (which has been abused and needs reform and but this proposition is a trick). H YES. Funds for affordable housing. And in this city, we need a whole lot more.
