Recruiting for Peace
Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, CA
Noon: Meet at free parking lot at Oceanside Harbor
(adjacent to Joe's Crab Shack). Walk with
veterans, military families, and others in the
Orange County Peace Coalition to the main
gate for outreach to the military. The purpose
is to let the troops know we support their safe
return home.
2pm: Walk to the Oceanside Harbor Beach for speakers,
food, music and other family friendly activities.

Directions:
>From north of Camp Pendleton going south:
Take the 5 FWY south towards San Diego. About 20
miles south of San Clemente look for the Camp Pendleton
exit. Take the Oceanside Harbor Dr./Camp Pendleton
exit. Take a right at the end of the offramp onto Oceanside
Harbor Dr. Follow signs to Oceanside Harbor. Take the
left fork in the road around the harbor onto Harbor Drive
South. See Joe's Crab Shack on the right and a Free
Parking sign on the left. Take a left under the railroad
bridge into the parking lot. Go to the far left as you enter
the parking lot and look for peaceful people.
