Hola, we participated in this great mass march.?The march organizers?gave me the opportunity to speak at all the main events, I spoke at the beginning of the big rally, several press conferences, the Sept. 4 rally and many media interviews.?I talked about the fight for equality and self determination of Chicanos,?the repression against us by the ICE and police, especially against Mexicans and Central Americans; and support for for the struggles in Mexico, Colombia and Iraq. We exposed the McCain war machine and racism against our people. Thanks to you all who supported our trip to the RNC protest! We will do a report back next week, If you want to come, write back! See photos below, I also have a video of the police attack and gassing of us the last night, they (police) almost got me but I got away this time. I salute and congratulate the organizers for standing up to the right wing war mongers!

It was the largest anti-war march in the U.S. this year. The four main themes of the march were U.S. out of Iraq now; money for human needs, not for war; say no to the Republican agenda; and demand peace, justice and equality. The march was led off by large contingents of veterans, immigrants, labor, poor people, Somalis, Palestinians, and students. _____________________________________________________ Fight Back News Service | www.fightbacknews.org If you received this from somebody else, you can subscribe to Fight Back News Service at http://www.fightbacknews.org/fbns/?p=subscribe&id=1 -- If you do not want to receive any more emails from Fight Back News Service visit this link To update your preferences and to unsubscribe visit this link = Looking for spoilers and reviews on the new TV season?
