Come join the Sierra Club, allied organizations and concerned citizens at lunchtime to rally outside Senator Mary Landrieu's office and demand that she be a champion for the Gulf, Louisiana's people, and our wetlands - not oil companies. As one of the largest recipients of oil and gas industry contributions, it's clear she has oil on her hands. BP must clean up its mess, and the entire oil and gas industry must pay its fair share for restoring decades of destruction in our state. We need a champion in Congress to make this happen. Bring a handwritten letter to deliver after the event, and we'll have speakers, posters, and dye to turn your hands black!
