Please sign my petition to Indict Sarah Palin! This is the text (ONLY!) of the petition:

Central Avenue, Suite 1200 Phoenix, AZ 85004-4408 We, the undersigned citizens and taxpayers of the United States, humbly request that you indict former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as an accessory to attempted murder. Sarah Palin has used clear rhetoric to incite the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson. The publication on her website of the names of intended targets, accompanied by a map showing the location of those targeted, is as clear an incitement to violence as shouting "fire" in a crowded theater, the test for unprotected speech laid down by the Supreme Court. The location in Arizona of Congresswoman Giffords, as with the other targets, is shown on the map by a circle and the crosshairs of a rifle. The map in question is shown on many sites on the Internet. You can find it at http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/03/24/sarah-palins-pac-puts-gun_n_511433.html. It has been discussed by major media including the NEW YORK TIMES and the WASHINGTON POST. The website http://www.sarahpac.com/ posted the following language in the form of a classified advertisement: "Sat 6/12/10. 10 a.m. Get on Target for Victory in November. Help Remove Gabrielle Giffords from office Shoot a fully automatic M16 with Jesse Kelly." The identification of an actual weapon to be used is a clear suggestion. (Giffords Opponent, Jesse Kelly, Held June Event to 'Shoot a Fully Automatic M16' to 'Get on Target' and 'Remove Gabrielle Giffords,) This advertisement was later removed from her website, but has been posted on the web for informational purposes at http://www.legitgov.org/SarahPac-Called-Ariz-Congresswoman-be-Targeted We believe the publication of this map and advertisement were intended to WARN, THREATEN and TERRORIZE the intended targets, as well as their supporters. This sort of violence should have no place in a democracy. And because this incitement to violence resulted in the deaths of so many people, including a federal judge and a nine-year-old child, who were the innocent victims of what seems clearly an attack on a United States Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, who survives, we believe that Sarah Palin should be made to answer in court, under oath for her egregious abuse of the precious right of Free Speech. In our humble opinion, she is criminally liable for the deaths of the victims of Jared Lee Loughner in Tucson on January 9, 2011, and for the attempted murder of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.
