To celebrate the birthdays of two local leaders, the Southern California Library is issuing commemorative postal stamps. February 14 marks the birthdays of Charlotta Bass and Michael Zinzun. Help us celebrate their lives and continue their legacies by sharing these stamps with others. These first class stamps can be used for all U.S. postal mail, and are available only through SCL for $20 for a sheet of 20. To order, fill out the form below.
