[-] Text [+] *LONDON, March 3 (Reuters) - Saif al Islam, the son of Libya's leader Muammar Gaddafi, said on Thursday there was no need for any foreign role in ending Libya's crisis when asked about a mediation offer by Venezuela.* *Saif said in an interview with Sky News that he had not heard about the offer by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, but added: "We have to say thank you ... but we are able and capable enough to solve our issues by our own people ... ourselves. There is no need for any foreign intervention."* *"...They are our friends, we respect them, we like them, but they are far away. They have no idea about Libya. They are currently in the process of organising them in preparation for the mission of liberating the remaining cities in the west of Libya and will begin mobilising this force westward soon. In an interview with Sky News he said he had not heard from Venezuelas offer. He thanked them for it, but said they were more than capable of solving their own issues. Col Gaddafi, on the other hand, is said to have accepted the offer by Hugo Chavez to resolve the crisis through a peace plan. The statement from the group read: *This is to URGENTLY notify the world and the International Criminal Court in particular, that Gaddafi and his criminal accomplices are currently (March 2nd and 3rd 2011) implementing a massive kidnapping campaign in Tripoli and its vicinities in order to clean up key youth leaders before tomorrows Friday prayers, and in order to look good to the international Media, which has been invited to Tripoli as part of a public relations campaign aimed at covering up the crimes against humanity that have been inflicted upon the brave Libyan people. According to our sources, the negotiators also offered the people of Nalut 250,000 Libyan Dinars per family, an offer which was unanimously refused by both cities through their representatives who confirmed the peoples demands for the need to overthrow Gaddafis regime. The sources indicated that there are some traitors in the city of Misratah who are kidnapping and abducting young people by calling for resistance against Gaddafi and when the youth enter into the cars they are kidnapped and handed over to Pro-Gaddafi members in nearby cities. Thirdly: He claimed prophethood, and this was the characteristic of Musaylamah (A man who claimed prophethood after the death of Prophet Muhammed Peace Be Upon Him) when he said he was the Prophet of the desert. Fourthly: He attacked the Prophet Peace be Upon Him and said he was a postman, and we all know about this. I say to him from this place, and I request, and my name is Mohammed Sheera from the free and proud city of Misratah that will not hesitate or turn back from killing this despicable tyrant. I tell him from this place: If you were truly a man, you and Zaif al Islam with a Z and not an S, or the enemy of Islam, or Saif (the sword) of heedlessness and ignorance, the sword of ignorance and tyranny. I say to them if you were truly men, you wouldve gone out to the central square, and you wouldve not remained in your underground tunnels like the rats you speak of. I challenge you in broad daylight to go out to the central square with the people, but you are cowards. You are not able to go out.
