Ninth Annual International Al-Awda Convention -
Onward, United and Stronger Until Return!
Just In: Just back from Egypt having been part
of the Arab Egyptian revolution in Tahrir square, Ahmed Shawki, Egyptian
journalist and editor of the International Socialist Review, will be joining
the convention to provide a first hand account of the Egyptian revolution, the
future of its people in the months to come, and its impact on struggles in the
Arab and rest of the world.
Dr. Musa and Mrs. Suheila Nasir will receive
Al-Awda's community award at the Saturday April 30 Banquet for long time
service to the community, the Palestinian cause, their outstanding work with
The Palestine Children's Relief Fund, and for continuous support of Al-Awda.
