This was also the conditions that Bill Gates felt was welcome to invest in as real-estate was highly suppressed and people would work for near nothing, reversing the immigration as the remaining jobs in Texas, the Mid West and Cullyfornia were sent over seas............................. Do you get the idea that depressions are real money makers for those who already have the most? Those same bankers we the taxpayers just bailed out, for starters?
