enforcement, spreading fear among
immigrant communities by deporting mostly non or lower level offenders, tearing 
families apart.

Berquist and Pasquarella will discuss the spreading damage and alternatives for 
protection. Qualls will explain how
Pasadena's Police Department works with Secure Communities.
