With Carl Bergquist, Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA) Jennie Pasquarella, ACLU-SC Pasadena Deputy Police Chief Darryl Qualls Secure Communities partners local law enforcement with federal immigration enforcement, spreading fear among immigrant communities by deporting mostly non or lower level offenders, tearing families apart.
