So much of and so many of our concerns are, in objective analysis, all too
often reactionary, thus perpetuating an "us and them" bifurcation of
society. This is due too often to only a partial ideological continuity,
our not going beyond the comfort zones of our affinities to explore
further, without any further calamities carrying us toward more fulfilling
solutions and principles which may harbinge a healthier society.

Our "Occupy the World" and "Occupy [Locale]" endeavors are genuine, and
once we break down the "Predation that is", what do we do, what do we have,
how prepared will we be, if and when our emotionalism trumped preparation
and common sense?

Progressive Sustainability presents a forum offering a breadth of
possibilities and options that may have lasting contributions to bringing
about remediation of the problems preying upon humanity today. I've pasted
a poster below for your further exploration of an upcoming event next
Monday at UnUrban Coffeehouse.

I welcome meeting with and sharing with you in positive ways.

A New Political and Economic Paradigm Ushering in a

Brave New Dawn in Progressive Society

Sweeping the Planet Today

*Occupy Earth @*

*UnUrban Coffeehouse*

*3301 Pico Boulevard, Santa Monica*

*Monday, November 7, 2011, 7:30 PM*

Presented by *Progressive Sustainability Forum* LA

*Refreshments Available at the Bar*

This forum will introduce the Progressive Utilization Theory (PROUT) -- a
paradigm of equitable and sustainable development. PROUT is:

      * a coherent alternative to economic globalism based on neohumanist
values, bioregional culture, economic decentralization, ecological balance,
comprehensive sustainability, and planetary regulation of the global commons

      * a powerful challenge to neoliberalism, materialism, and
post-modernism

      * a comprehensive ideological alternative to capitalism, communism,
and anarchism

      * a promising path through the darkness of the present to the
liberation of human potentialities

*PROUT's cooperative model, based on cardinal human values and sharing the
resources of the planet for the welfare of everyone, deserves our serious
consideration. -- **Noam Chomsky*

*PROUT is spiritual and utopian, while remaining grounded in reality. Its
analysis is intelligent and its vision inspiring. -- **Howard Zinn*

*PROUT is an important contribution to rethinking the disastrous course of
the current economic globalization. -- **Hazel Henderson*
