vote for either of them?

    Former CIA Director Hayden: Obama follows in Bush's footsteps on War
Powers (read) in Libya.  In a campaign marked by stinging criticism of
President George W. Bush's alleged executive excess, then-candidate
Obama wrote: "The President does not have power under the Constitution

Obama is now claiming authority to bomb Libya.
