3/6: Call Senators to Oppose Lieberman-Graham Bill United for Peace & Justice Legislative Working Group Thousands of AIPAC lobbyists are flooding the Capitol today, pushing members of Congress to a more belligerent stand on Iran.
As early as this week, the Senate may be voting on S.Res. 380, a dangerous bill introduced by Senators Lieberman, Casey and Graham designed to curtail peaceful options for resolving the Iranian conflict. This resolution is being co-sponsored by 44 Senators and that list could grow. If passed, this resolution implicitly calls for a military attack on Iran when Iran reaches a "nuclear capability." At that stage diplomacy will be off the table.
