Dear John,
I am a steward at CWA Local 9415, which organizes workers at
KPFA, and I want to thank you for signing the petition to tell Pacifica Radio
to drop their union busting lawyers, Jackson Lewis.
We've had an amazing response with more than 1,500 Pacifica
members and supporters signing the petition in just two weeks. Now we're taking
the campaign to the next level.
Tomorrow (Wednesday April 17), we are rallying outside KPFA
in Berkeley to tell them "not another dollar to union busters." I hope you can
be a part of it.

We're shouting loud and it's time for the Pacifica Board to
listen. We give our support to Pacifica Radio because we want to hear
progressive, alternative voices. But instead, they are handing over our
contributor dollars to one of the worst union-busting law firms in the nation.
As we raise our voices, let's make sure that they can hear us
loud and clear. Bring your banners, noise makers, your friends and family, but
most of all bring yourself.
Let's make progressive radio restore progressive values.
