AVN.- Since early morning on February 4, people started to gather in five points from which they will march to commemorate 21 years since a civic-military rebellion to end with governments of the Punto Fijo Pact. The march will finish in the outside of Paguita church, near Miraflores Presidential Palace, downtown Caracas. An activity will be carried out at the Military Historic Museum, where people will then march; another group will march starting from 4-F square, the two points in 23 de Enero parish.
