This is just another example of the ongoing repression, intimidation, and criminalization of *campesinos* in the Aguán valley by Facussé and other landowners, and the state forces they control. *Continued criminalization of peasant struggle in Lower Aguan* With the clear involvement of state institutions. Today at 7:45 pm the Chairman of Unified Peasant Movement of Aguan (MUCA), Juan Ramón Chinchilla, was arrested by a squadron of Operation Xatruch III near the central park of Tocoa, Colón. Chinchilla was stopped by at least 30 armed men who obstructed his passage, stricking a civilian vehicle, while he was returning from a meeting with the board of the Cooperative Salamá in Tocoa. After that he was taken to the police station in Tocoa Colon, where he was told he had an arrest warrant filed by the bloodthirsty landowner Miguel Facusse Bajum, through the Atlantic export file number 069-2012. The Honduran people should not forget the real culprits of this agrarian crisis in our country, they were called the anti reformers in 1992, and included former President Rafael Leonardo Callejas of Honduras; Rodolfo Navas Irías ,National Congress president, and Juan Ramon Martinez. Compañero Chinchilla was transferred to the municipality of Trujillo at 10: 30 pm, 58 kilometers from Tocoa, where an oral hearing by judges and prosecutors who obey the orders of rich landowners who spread terror in the Lower Aguan. We condemn the criminalization of the struggle for access to land coming from state institutions, it is going on 20-years now of that the prophetic and unconstitutional Modernization of Agriculture Act has caused a huge agricultural and food crises in the past two years and 3,081 peasants processed and over 100 peasants murdered. In the meantime, 110 deputies of the National Congress divide, sell and give away our homeland through the Special Development Regions, which in practice is the concessioning of the most productive areas of our country, but for them there is no Operation Xatruch that pursues and condemns them.
