The problem isn't that you didn't torture anyone, it's that you didn't wave the flag, to pronounce your Patriotism and torture someone because they didn't give you any other choice.
Patriots are not evil. Patriots wave the flag, and use it as a defense to show that they are not evil, like those bad guys who torture people. For Flag Waving patriots, they are immune to prosecution as of course, they are the good guys and are being forced to do this. Evil people torture others. Everyone knows that if your patriotic, and torture people to protect your state that your an above the ground good guy, and this is necessary. Just ask any SS or Nazi form WW II Germany, Japans Imperial WW II Army, or our 21st Century Israeli or Americans, much less the Mossad and the CIA, those poor people are forced to do this by all those bad people whom we have no proof they did anything, till they confess. Now, outing the State, YOUR STATE, for doing things that are illegal ONLY FOR THE COMMON MAN, is something that will get you tossed in jail pronto, as your a threat to the State! Maybe you need to see some of our Good Guy Flag Waving Patriots in private sessions during your retrospect time. Bush's administration: I refused torture training. I never tortured anyone, ordered torture, or destroyed the videotapes of it, and I'm certainly not on a book tour glorifying it. Those are the people who should be going to jail, not me.
