I'm afraid this is the wrong viewpoint. All resources, belong to someone. This is after all now a Capitalist workld, and resources are Capital.
The Government will lease those resources to you or sell them to the highest bidder, but THE PEOPLE OWN NOTHING MORE THEN A HACKABLE ELECTRONIC VOTE.
