The world was interested in revolutions triggered the Arab region from
Tunisia. But the situation became more confused after the revolution has
reached Syria. This revealed a strong misunderstanding, based on an ancient
doctrine after the Cold War and the division of the world into two "camps". For
this reason, the signatories below, affirm

First, what is happening in Syria is a revolution in every sense of the
term. It is the result of the economic collapse in Syria over the past
decade, due to the structural crisis that has impoverished and precarious
broad layers of the population, which has concentrated wealth in the hands
of a minority mafia family, based the dictatorship. The objective of the
revolution is the promotion of freedom and democracy, and it is also
changing the economic system in the interests of the popular classes, and
build a democratic, secular state makes all equal children of the Syrian
people included Kurds and all other components.

Secondly, we therefore declare our support for the revolution. We believe
that it must be supported for his victory opens prospects major social and
political transformations, the way of the pursuit of revolution to other
countries of the Maghreb, Saudi Arabia, in a global context crisis of
capitalism which foreshadows large movements in many countries around the
world.

Third, we must reject any logical calling for foreign military
intervention, European-American, and also refuse to Russian intervention in
Iran and China. We must also reject any religious sense, or wanting to
impose a religious revolution, in fact, this is the revolution of the
people, and it is, or becomes, an uprising or religious faith. We must
denounce the opposition political revolution which reduces its own liberal
claims, which do not solve the problems of the people, but only those
people in search of power.

Fourth, we affirm that the Syrian regime is developed based on neo-liberal
mafia, not against imperialism. It is still subject to the Zionist state,
conducting wars against the revolution and the Palestinian people, and has
long made its secure borders, not seeking to recover the Golan.

Fifth, we must condemn the brutal repression against the people of power,
which reached crimes against humanity. It must also denounce the corruption
of the revolution, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Gulf countries, aiming to
Saudi Arabia, to derail, and Qatar, the hegemony of the Muslim
Brotherhood. Must
also report the export of "Jihadists" in Syria, as part of a process
against revolutionary.

Sixth, political support, media-and by all means, the participant left the
Syrian revolution. This support should be a policy to coordinate the
activity of all the left forces, acting for participation in revolutions to
promote their development and into popular revolutions victorious.

Seventh, we must coordinate on the media to break the hegemony of the
imperialist media Gulf, which distort the revolution and convey a false
image. We will achieve this by exchanging information, and publishing
analyzes of the left Syrian revolution.

Eighth, we must clarify the nature of the Syrian revolution to every
left-wing activist in the world. We must try to change the positions of the
left, under the pretext of anti-imperialism, supports power mafia and
criminal. Requires that the left takes a truly revolutionary support the
Syrian revolution. It must be considered as part of the Arab revolutions,
and as the spark that can encourage the class struggle in the world and
trigger revolutions in Europe, Asia and probably in the world, due to the
crisis of imperialism and accentuating it.

Therefore, we must work for a campaign to support the Syrian revolution, we
must act to clarify its conditions, difficulties, and its essentially
revolutionary against capitalism, for his passing, and against the mafia
regimes.

We can start by a day of solidarity to support the revolution, organized by
the leftist forces in each of our countries, during the first week of May
2013.

A preparatory committee will organize a congress in Tunisia to support the
Syrian revolution by the international left, probably in June 2013. A
permanent monitoring committee, from Congress, will work to continue to
support the revolution and the Syrian left, and to deepen the understanding
of the global revolution from the left. Tunisia, March 31, 2013.
