Is this referring to the USA's penchant to spread Depleted Uranium all over the world?
DU is on 2% depleted, no longer useable for fuel, but is still 100 times more radioactive then it was before it was enriched. It is one the most consistent war crimes of the USA's and has been Standard Operating procedure from Clinton's reign as War Criminal in Chief, in Bosnia and all the 'dirty little wars' he, Bush II and Obama have done.
