JASON LEOPOLD
Formerly lead investigative reporter for
truthout.org, currently a contributor to Al Jazeera
Mr. Leopold has recently visited the prison at
Guantanamo and reported on the hunger strike
there. Over the years, he has written important
reports on BP, Enron, the Bush Administration
torture polices, and "anti-terror" activities.
Needless to say, he'll have some stories to tell.
Awards for journalistic excellence include:

top under-reported stories
2008. Thomas Jefferson award from the
Military Religious Freedom Foundation
The GPOC County Council meeting will immediately
follow the General Meeting. All attendees are
welcome to stay and view the business aspects
of running the Green Party during the County Council
meeting.
