How about some of the stuff below as part of some Actions for the Rights of
the Homeless and the Poor??
And I am just bringing up some topic - and not setting forth details etc.
This is just to get some discussion on the issues going.

And I do not mean that what is set forth below is the only way to proceed or
even the best way to proceed - I am only trying to get the issues out there
for discussion - and there are lots of other things that we need to discuss
also.
I thought maybe we should try to organize some support for
the Homeless that are being denied the right to ask for money in the four
shopping centers owned by Drollinger etc. (see my post - comment - about my
"detention" and being handcuffed for over one and one half hours for asking
for money at the Drollinger Shopping Center - (on both sides of Sepulveda
just below Manchester Ave..)

Then maybe march at least 200 protesters (or more) down to the Drollinger
shopping centers and all of them ask for money at the shopping centers. And
also ask all the customers not to shop at any of the stores at the shopping
centers.

And, of course, get lots of publicity for the protest actions above.

And also get hundreds (and hopefully thousands) of people to write protest
letters to the Drollinger Company - and also to Trader Joes and to TJ Max -
who also are claiming that the homeless do not have the right to ask for
money at the shopping centers.

And then maybe some Boycotts of Trader Joes and TC Max.

And then maybe a demonstration and picket at the local Los Angeles Police
station since the LAPD supported Drollinger and Trader Joes and TJ Max in
their attempt to stop the homeless from asking for money at the shopping
centers - and again with lots of publicity.

And then hundreds of people going to the Los Angeles City Council and making
protests and speeches about the issues at the City Council Meeting.

And then get lots and lots and lots of groups to endorse these issues.

And then get teams of attorneys and several law professors and file law
suits (Class Action law suits) on behalf of hundreds of homeless people who
have been denied their First Amendment Right to ask for money at the
shopping centers.

And the YES add my lawsuit for false arrest and violation of my civil rights
and the pain and suffering and humiliation that I suffered from being
handcuffed and insulted in front of many, many people as they saw me
handcuffed and insulted by the police and by Trader Joes managers and by
Drollinger agents etc.

And how much would be reasonable for all those injured by the violation of
our Civil Rights - Would say $100,000 per person be enough? And since there
are probably several hundred (or even several thousand) homeless people who
have had their Civil Rights violated by the illegal actions of Trader Joes
and TJ Max and by the Drollinger Company and by the Los Angeles Police
Department the total damages might exceed Several Million Dollars or so
would it not?

And then there are the costs of the law suit and the attorney fees that the
Defendants would have to pay.

And then there is the thousands and thousands of dollars in loss of business
that the companies would lose if we Boycott them.

Soooooo Whatchathink?

[And there is a saying that I sort of like that might be appropriate here:

"If You Fuck With the Falcon You Better Know How to Fly!"

So just Maybe the companies and people who are denying the homeless their
Civil Rights and violating the First Amendment Rights of the Homeless - do
not know how to Fly all that well and the Falcon just might fly down on them
and bite them in the Butt! - if the "Falcons" organize and get together with
group Actions.

Whatchathink?]
