Hello to all, I just want to let you know that Denika Chatman is planning to visit Downtown LA and other areas of Los Angeles, and wishes to serve meals in LA and needs activist support. Denika as many of you might know, experienced tragedy as her son - Kenneth Harding, Jr. was murdered by SF Muni Police officers over a $2 fare. She, her family, and friends of Kenneth Harding, Jr. memorialize him through Muni Strikes and now a food distribution program in San Francisco. Denika states her goals are to communicate with others about her son's experience, and will be working with other mothers of murdered youth, to speak out and inspire those of us in Los Angeles doing the work we do. I want to personally invite you to support and connect with Denika and have her speak at your programs, or perhaps assist her in her LA distribution efforts.
